Colors

Products in this catalog will be produced using a digital full-color process. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colors on each order will match the original art or previous sample. Our goal is to provide realistic color that is a close representation of the original photo or sample.

If an exact color match needs to be achieved, other processes may be used. Please ask a sales representative for a quote.

All photos presented to Herald Journal for commercial reproduction must be accompanied with a photo release form.

We are not responsible for color variance due to conversions from incorrect formats. It is understood all color is subject to some variation.

Fonts

Embed all fonts. We reserve the option to substitue similar fonts if necessary. When it is essential to preserve font appearance, please use outlines or provide material in a graphic format. Fonts are not interchangeable between Mac and PC platforms.

Adobe Photoshop CS
Adobe Illustrator CS

Acceptable File Formats
.PDF
.TIF
.EPS
.JPG (Caution, may lose quality due to compression.)

Other File Formats
QuarkXPress: We accept QuarkXPress 5 and 6 files, but prefer a PDF.
Microsoft Word: We work on a Macintosh platform; PC files often do not convert properly.
Microsoft Publisher: We can open MS Publisher documents, but cannot make any changes.
